SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground round steak
1/2 lb. ground veal
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. toasted crumbs
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/8 c. parsley, chopped

Mix all together. Make into meatballs about an inch in diameter. Fry in frying pan until brown. Pour half cup of water in pan and cook for 5 minutes. Put meatballs into casserole dish and pour juice over meatballs. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
