2 c. crumbled soda crackers
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 egg whites
1 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cream of tartar
20 oz. can cherry pie filling
2 pkgs. Dream Whip

Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff. Add sugar gradually. Add vanilla. Fold in nuts and crackers. Bake in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

When cool add 2 packages Dream Whip over top - add cherry pie filling over entire top and refrigerate.
