YOGURT MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
2/3 c. plain nonfat or lowfat yogurt
2/3 c. skim milk
1/2 c. blueberries or grated apples without peels

In large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda. Gently stir in yogurt and milk until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 18 minutes at 400 degrees.
