LEMON YOGURT MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. shortening
1 egg
1/4 c. wheat germ
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 (8 oz.) carton lemon yogurt

Cream sugar and shortening together and beat in egg. Sift flour, soda and baking powder together and add to mixture. Beat in wheat germ and yogurt. Bake in greased muffin pan 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Makes 1 dozen.
