CHINESE CABBAGE SALAD 
1 med. head cabbage
1 green pepper
6 to 8 green onions

1/4 c. sesame seeds
1 pkg. sliced almonds
1/4 c. oil

After saute, add to chopped veggies. In remaining oil in skillet, brown 2 packages Ramen noodles, crumbled. Add to veggies and toss with dressing.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. soy sauce (low sodium)
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. rice vinegar

Combine.
