YOGURT COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. strawberry yogurt (do not use light yogurts)
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, to mix thoroughly. Beat in yogurt. Fold in flour, sifted with baking powder and salt. Cook in well-greased 9 x 9 inch baking pan at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes or until springs back when touched lightly.

GLAZING:

1/4 c. confectioners sugar
Milk to smooth

Pour glazing over top evenly when nearly cool. Makes 12 servings.
