DECADENT CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 c. boiling water
1 c. butter
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda

Pour boiling water over butter and cocoa. Whisk in sugar, vanilla, eggs and sour cream. Mix together flour, baking powder and baking soda and add. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.

WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING:

1/2 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
Powdered sugar to taste

Beat until whipped.
