STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines white or yellow cake mix
1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry Jello (dry)
4 eggs
2/3 c. oil (Wesson or Crisco oil)
1/3 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. thawed frozen strawberries

Ignore directions on Duncan Hines box. Mix all ingredients, including strawberries. Pour in large oblong pan (grease and flour pan). Bake at 350 degrees approximately 40 minutes. After baking, let cake get cold. Top cake with Cool Whip topping mixture.

TOPPING:

1 sm. carton Cool Whip
1 pkg. (1 oz.) frozen strawberries, thawed

Mix ingredients and ice cake. Keep cake refrigerated.
