Potatoes Vegetable oil Salt Peel potatoes and slice thinly. Add enough oil to the pan to make it one to two inches deep. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drop potatoes into hot oil, adding only a few at a time. When potatoes have turned brown, remove from skillet and sprinkle with salt. |
