QUICK BAKED PASTA FAMILY STYLE 
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. coarse ground beef, lean
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 c. half and half
3/4 c. red marinara or spaghetti sauce
3/4 c. brown gravy
1/4 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese, freshly grated
1 tsp. dried whole oregano
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 lb. penne pasta
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, coarsely grated

Bring 4 quarts of water to boil. Heat a large frying pan and add oil, beef and garlic. Saute until meat is tender and drain. Add all remaining ingredients except Mozzarella cheese and pasta. Simmer mixture while the pasta cooks in boiling water until just barely tender. Drain pasta and mix in sauce. Pour all into a 3 quart glass rectangular baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly hot. Serves 6.
