30 Oreo cookies
2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (4 1/8 oz.) box instant chocolate pudding
1 (4 1/8 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk

Crumble cookies in cake pan (9 x 13 inches). Melt butter - pour over cookies. Mix sugar with cream cheese and one container of Cool Whip. Spread over cookies. Mix both puddings with 3 cups milk. Beat until creamy. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with second container of Cool Whip.
