1 1/3 c. crumbs (graham cracker, or 1 pkg. zwieback)
5-6 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

In small bowl, combine above ingredients and press into the bottom and sides of a springform pan.

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. sour cream
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend sugar and cheese. Beat in eggs. Fold in sour cream and vanilla. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Turn off oven and leave 3-4 hours in oven.
