PASTA ET POULET 
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
4 tbsp. butter, melted
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. light cream
1/2 c. sherry
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sauteed
1/2 lb. cooked spaghetti or linguini
2 chicken breasts, cooked & deboned into bite-size pieces
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Dash of paprika

In saucepan. Stir flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg into butter. Add broth, whisk and cook over low heat until thick. Add cream and sherry; heat to boiling, whisking continuously.

Mix remaining ingredients, except cheese and paprika. Put into shallow baking dish. Pour sauce over top. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until sauce bubbles.
