TATER-DIPPED CHICKEN 
1 cut up fryer
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. water
Dry instant potato flakes
Salt
Pepper
1/4 to 1/2 c. butter

Dip chicken in egg and water mixture. Roll chicken in potato flakes. Melt butter in shallow baking pan and place chicken in pan. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, turn and bake 30 minutes longer.
