PARTY PUNCH 
3 c. sugar syrup
3 c. tea
1 c. lemon juice
3 c. orange juice
3 c. pineapple juice
1 1/2 quarts ginger ale

To make sugar syrup, combine 3 cups water and 3 cups sugar. Bring to boil and boil 7 minutes. Steep tea for 5 minutes. Combine all ingredients except ginger ale. Add ginger ale just before serving. Garnish with frozen strawberry ring and orange slices. Serves 50.
