TACO CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 c. Hungry Jack potato flakes 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream 1 c. water (or more) Combine hot water and flakes. Stir in sour cream. Spread on bottom of 9 inch square pan. 1/2 c. taco sauce 1 to 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Tortilla chips Brown hamburger and drain. Add taco sauce. Spread over potato mixture. Sprinkle cheese over all. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Take out of oven and sprinkle lettuce and tomatoes (chopped) over top and tortilla chips. Serve with extra taco sauce, if desired. |
