SKINNY FRUIT DIP 
1 c. low fat cottage cheese
2 1/2 tbsp., low sugar orange marmalade
2 tsp. honey
3 tbsp. plain low fat yogurt
1 tbsp. orange juice

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor fitted with a steel blade. Process until smooth and creamy. Serve with fresh fruit. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Yield: About 1 1/3 cup dip. About 14 calories per tablespoon.
