PARM-A-CHICKEN 
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
Dash pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. milk

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cheese, flour, and seasonings. Dip chicken in egg-milk mixture. Coat with cheese mixture. Arrange in baking dish. Pour butter over and bake 1 hour.
