MEATLOAF - MY - WAY 
2 med. onions, chopped
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced or coarsely chopped
2 c. packaged, seasoned poultry stuffing
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can condensed beef or chicken broth
2 lbs. lean ground beef or turkey

Use beef broth with ground beef; chicken broth with turkey.

Cook onions and mushrooms in lightly oiled pan or wok until soft. Add poultry stuffing mix, Worcestershire, and enough broth to moisten stuffing. Combine one half of this mixture with the ground meat and pack into a ring mold or Bundt pan.

Turn out onto a baking rack covered with aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet. Mount remaining stuffing mix in center of ring and on top. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour. Transfer carefully to a warm platter and serve in wedges.
