MOCHA SOUR CREAM CAKE 
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

FILLING:

1 pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate bits
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 tsp. freeze dried instant coffee

Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Set aside. Cream butter and sugar well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour mixture alternately with sour cream, dividing into 3 parts. Add vanilla. Combine ingredients for filling.

Spoon 1/3 of batter into greased 10 inch bundt pan. Top with half of filling. Add 1/3 more batter and balance of filling. Top with remaining batter.

Bake at 350 degree oven for 70 minutes. Turn out on rack and cook completely. Sprinkle top of cake with powdered sugar.
