EASY CARROT CAKE & FROSTING | |
CAKE: 2 c. sugar 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil 4 eggs 4 c. grated carrots FROSTING: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 box confectioners' sugar 2/3 stick butter, softened 2 tsp. vanilla Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 3 (8") cake pans. In large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. When cool, frost with cream cheese frosting. FROSTING: Mix softened cream cheese and butter together. Add sugar and vanilla. |
