EASY DAIRY COOLERS | |
Preparation time: 5 minutes each. Serves: 1. APPLE MILK: 1/2 c. apple juice 1/2 c. buttermilk 1/2 tsp. lemon juice Dash of ground cinnamon Cinnamon stick (opt.) 1. In blender container, place the apple juice, buttermilk, lemon juice and cinnamon. 2. Cover. Blend 15 seconds at high speed. Pour into a galss. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, if used. CHOCOLATE MONKEY: 1/2 c. chocolate milk 1/2 jigger creme de cacao 1 sm. banana, cut up 2 ice cubes Crushed chocolate wafers or chopped semi-sweet chocolate (opt.) 1. In blender container, place the chocolate milk and creme de cacao. Add banana. 2. Cover. Blend until smooth. Through hole in lid of blender gradually add ice cubes, until mixture is smooth. 3. Pour into a glass. Garnish with crushed cookies or chopped chocolate, if used. RAZZLE-DAZZLE RASPBERRY SHAKE: 1/2 c. apricot nectar 1/2 c. lemonade 1 c. vanilla ice cream 1/2 c. fresh or frozen raspberries, partially thawed 2 ice cubes 1. In a blender container, blend apricot nectar, lemonade and ice cream utnil smooth. 2. Add berries and ice cubes. Blend again. Garnish with a berry, if desired. |
