Butter 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 3/4 c. sugar 3 eggs separated ICING: 3/4 c. sour cream 2 1/2 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Generously butter 4 muffin pans (the tiny ones) and coat with graham cracker crumbs. Mix cream cheese, sugar and egg yolks well. Beat egg whites until fluffy and fold into cheese mixture. Spoon into prepared pans and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool in pan slightly. Turn out and frost. |
