CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE PIE 
Pie crust
2/3 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1/3 c. semisweet chocolate chips
Whipped cream or Cool Whip
Chocolate jimmies

Cook pie crust and cool. Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs 1 at a time, beat well. Melt chocolate together and cool slightly. Add chocolate to creamed mixture and beat well. Pour into pie shell. Chill 4 to 6 hours. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip. Sprinkle chocolate jimmies on top.
