1/2 tsp. minced shallots
1/4 tsp. fennel seed
6 oz. fresh orange juice
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
4 oz. fresh blueberries
Lime and orange medallions to garnish
1 oz. whole butter
1/8 tsp. hot curry powder (Madras)
1 tbsp. clover honey
Salt and white pepper
