DOLLY COX' DIFFERENT RHUBARB PIE 
3 c. uncooked rhubarb, cubed
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp. butter
9 inch pie shell, unbaked

Beat eggs. Mix flour with sugar and nutmeg and blend together. Stir in rhubarb. Pour mixture into pie shell and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until done.
