1 German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 bag caramel (melt with 1/4 can milk)
1 egg
6 oz. bag chocolate chips
Pecans; optional

Mix cake mix, 1 egg, butter and add 3/4 cup milk. Press 1/2 cake mix in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes. Pour chocolate chips over top. Pour melted caramel over chocolate. Crumble rest of cake mix and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
