LEMON BARS 
2 c. flour, sifted
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 sticks real butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream together and press in pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool.

FILLING:

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
Ring & juice of 2 lemons

Beat eggs slightly, add sugar and flour gradually. Add lemon juice and rind, spread over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, cool. Sprinkle lemon bars with powdered sugar.
