LEMON BARS 
1 yellow cake mix
1 egg
1/3 c. oil

Mix all above together until crumbly. Set aside 3/4 cup of mixture. Press rest into 9x13 inch ungreased pan. Yield: 24 bars.

FILLING:

1 lg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg

Beat all above until smooth. Spread over cake mixture and sprinkle top with reserved cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
