SUGARLESS COOKIES 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. butter
2 lg. tbsp. low-calorie sweetener
1/2 c. milk (sweet or sour)
1 c. quick oatmeal
1 egg

Sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, soda, salt, and cloves. Combine butter, sweetener, milk, oatmeal, and egg. Add sifted dry ingredients. Add 1/2 cup raisins and 1/4 cup walnuts. Mix well and drop by teaspoonfuls onto Teflon or air-bake baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until just set or slightly dry. Experience will tell you how long!
