PECAN PIE 
2 shallow Pet Ritz pie shells
3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 tsp. salt
1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. dark corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecan halves

Beat together eggs, sugar, salt, butter (melted) and dark corn syrup. Prepare pie shells and divide nuts between the shells, 1/2 cup per pie. Pour mixture into shells.

Bake at 375 degrees until set and pastry is nicely browned about 40 to 45 minutes. Cool. Serve with whipped ream.
