EASY PRALINES 
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
3/4 cup pecans

Heat first five ingredients in large saucepan over very high heat. Stir once in a while until ingredients thicken (about 15 to 20 minutes). Mix in pecans then spoon mixture onto wax paper to make small patties. Let cool about 1/2 hour and remove.

Makes about 15 to 20 pralines.
