BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick butter
2 c. grated cheese (or cottage cheese)
4 eggs
1 sm. onion
1 (10 oz.) box frozen broccoli (cooked according to pkg.), drained
1 c. milk

Melt butter, mix with all other ingredients. Bake in oblong dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Yield: 10-12 squares. Good with vegetable soup.
