1 (6 3/4 oz.) can tuna, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
Black pepper
3 hot dog rolls
3 lettuce leaves
3 slices American cheese
3 black olives with toothpicks

Prepare tuna salad by mixing tuna, mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish and dash of black pepper. Open hot dog rolls enough to put one lettuce leaf on each. Top with tuna salad and one slice of cheese. Place sandwiches on baking sheet and broil until cheese melts. Remove from oven and top one end of each tuna "tugboat" with an olive on a toothpick "smoke stack." Makes 3 servings.
