SCAMPI 
2 lb. large shrimp
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. dry vermouth
2 shallots, minced
1 tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tbsp. A-1 steak sauce

Peel and devein shrimp. Combine oil and butter in saute pan. Add shrimp and saute until golden.

Remove shrimp to hot platter. Add shallots and saute. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 2 minutes. Pour over shrimp and serve.
