STEAK CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. egg noodles, cooked
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 round steak (beef or deer)
6 little sizzlers
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can mushroom soup
1 can water
1 c. croutons
1 can French fried onions
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 can celery soup

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles; drain. Cut steak into 1 inch squares. Coat with flour and fry in 2 inches bacon drippings or oil; drain well.

In 13 x 9 inch pan, layer noodles, steak, croutons, little sizzlers chopped, celery and bell pepper.

In a separate bowl mix soups and water. Pour over layers. Spread cheese on top. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Leftover vegetables may be added to give a different taste.
