MUSHROOM POTATOES 
4 med. potatoes
1 lg. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

Butter 1-1/2 quart dish. Peel and dice potatoes, cook 20 minutes. Add onions, soup and milk. Mix well and bake at 350°F for 1/2 hour or until it bubbles.
