MUSTARD SAUCE 
4 tbsp. Coleman's dry mustard
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. cream or milk
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
Butter (size of an egg)

In a saucepan, mix dry mustard and sugar. Add other ingredients. Stir and continue stirring slowly while bringing mixture to a boil. When it comes to a boil, remove from heat. Cool. Store in refrigerator. It is good on anything, but especially on ham.
