MICROWAVE LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 can (16 oz.) tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. water
2 c. cottage cheese
1 egg
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. lasagne noodles, uncooked

Brown the beef. Add tomato sauce and paste, seasonings and water, and cook 4 to 5 minutes, until boiling.

Meanwhile, blend cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, and parsley.

Layer meat sauce, uncooked lasagne noodles, 1/2 cup of the cheese mixture, the Mozzarella. Repeat, and end with sauce on top.

Cook 15 minutes on high, then 15 minutes on medium. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes. Serve.

Note: Ragu sauce may be substituted for the above sauce.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
