COMPANY POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 lbs. potatoes, peeled
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/4 c. chopped chives
2 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. paprika

Boil potatoes until done. Beat with electric beater. Add next 5 ingredients. Beat until fluffy. Fold in chives. Put in baking dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Can refrigerate and cook next day but needs more time as it is so cold.
