CHICKEN VESUVIO 
1 cut up fryer
Garlic powder
Fresh chopped parsley
Oregano
Salt and pepper
Potatoes

Cover bottom of Dutch oven with about 1/4 inch of oil. Add chicken pieces, sprinkling lightly with above seasonings. Brown and turn, sprinkling again with seasonings. When chicken is completely browned, remove from pan. Add peeled cut up potatoes sprinkle with seasonings. Put chicken on top of potatoes, cover and cook slowly until potatoes are done, then add 1/2 cup red wine.
