EASY STRAWBERRY PIE 
6 c. fresh strawberries
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mash 3 cups strawberries and mix in sugar and cornstarch. Cook 5-6 minutes until clear and thick. Stir in lemon juice. Cool and add remaining 3 cups of strawberries. Then pour in baked crust. Cool before serving.
