TAFFY APPLE SALAD 
1 lg. can pineapple
2 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 1/2 tbsp. white vinegar

Mix one large can of pineapple chunks (a little juice - save remainder of juice) and 2 cups of mini marshmallows. Mix remainder of pineapple juice with sugar, flour, egg and vinegar. Cook until thick and refrigerate overnight.

1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. red apples, chopped (unpeeled)
1 (12 oz.) can cocktail peanuts
1 c. yellow apples, chopped, unpeeled

Mix Cool Whip, both pineapple mixtures, peanuts, chopped red apples (unpeeled) and chopped yellow apples (unpeeled).
