THE BEST COOKIE BARS 
1 packet cinnamon graham crackers, finely crushed (about 1 2/3 c. crumbs)
1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. Blue Bonnet butter, melted
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Combine graham cracker crumbs, flour and baking soda; set aside. Combine melted butter and brown sugar; stir in eggs, water and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture; mix well. Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips and nuts. Spread evenly in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until very lightly browned. Sprinkle 1 cup chocolate chips over warm surface. Soften and spread evenly. Cool completely and cut into bars.
