CREAM OF CELERY SOUP 
Cook 1 1/2 cups chopped celery, 1/3 cup chopped onion and 1/2 teaspoon salt in 1 cup of water, covered, about 15 minutes. Do not drain. Add 2 1/2 cups milk

Blend:

1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Add to celery soup. Cook and stir until bubbly. Stir in 2 tablespoons butter. Season to taste.

Serves 6.
