GINGERSNAPS | |
2/3 cup vegetable oil 1 cup sugar 1 egg 4 tbsp. molasses 2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted 2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. powdered ginger (or more) sugar, for rolling (about 1/4 cup) Mix all ingredients. Shape into small balls and roll in sugar. Place about 3-inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 15 minutes. Submitted by: Carole Peterson |
