FRUIT AND CREAM LAYERED SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. carton strawberry yogurt
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
1/4 tsp. almond extract

SALAD:

2 c. fresh blueberries
3 ripe peaches, peeled & sliced
2 c. strawberries, halved
2 c. seedless green grapes
20 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
2 tbsp. sliced almonds, toasted, if desired

Combine cream cheese, yogurt, sugar and lemon juice. Beat at medium speed until smooth. Add rest of ingredients and beat until smooth and thick. Refrigerate. In large bowl, layer 1st 3 fruits and spoon on half of topping. Layer rest of fruit and spoon on rest of topping to within 1 inch of edge. Sprinkle with almonds. 24 servings.
