FRESH SALSA 
2 (8 oz.) cans whole tomatoes, drained, chopped
1 med. onion, finely chopped
2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies, drained
3 cloves minced garlic cloves
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano, dry
1/4 tsp. ground cumin

Mix together and let stand for 24 hours. Serve with corn chips.
