QUICHE 
1 pie crust, partially baked
3/4 c. bacon or ham, cooked
3 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. onion, minced
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2-2 c. shredded Cheddar or CoJack cheese
1 c. half & half
1/2-3/4 c. frozen veggies (spinach, asparagus, broccoli)
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients except Parmesan cheese. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Let stand before slicing.
