4 lbs. chicken wings (approx. 20 wings) Cut tip off and cut in half at knuckle. Melt 1 cup butter. Dip chicken in butter and cover with breading mixture. BREADING MIXTURE: 2 c. Parmesan cheese 4 tsp. paprika 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. oregano 4 tbsp. parsley flakes 1 c. bread crumbs On foil lined cookie sheet, lay breaded wings in a single layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
